Six-monthly return relating to liquidity agreement

Pursuant to the liquidity agreement entered into by Groupe Eurotunnel SA and Oddo Corporate Finance, as at 30 June 2013, the following stood to the credit of the liquidity account:

• 435,000 Groupe Eurotunnel shares
• EUR 3,734,526.57 in cash

For reference, as at the date of the last return, 31 December 2012, the following stood to the credit of the liquidity account:

• 585,000 Groupe Eurotunnel shares
• EUR 2,942,642.17 in cash
