Competition Appeal Tribunal rejects the decision by the Competition Commission

Groupe Eurotunnel SA is delighted at the decision by the Competition Appeal Tribunal which upholds the existing levels of competition and enables Groupe Eurotunnel SA to continue to improve the range of services offered to customers and to pursue the activities of the cross-Channel operator, MyFerryLink.
