Groupe Eurotunnel SA’s shareholders are invited to attend the Combined General Meeting (Ordinary and Extraordinary) which will be held on 15 May 2013 at 10.00 am in Coquelles (62231), salle Calquella, Chemin Rouge Cambre. The notice of meeting was published in the French gazette Bulletin des Annonces Légales et Obligatoires (BALO) of 24 April 2013. The notice of meeting, which includes in particular the agenda of this meeting and the proposed resolutions, as well as their presentation, can be viewed online, in the dedicated general meeting page, on the corporate website of the company (www.eurotunnelgroup.com). The documents and information relating to this general meeting are available for inspection by shareholders in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
