Access to Information relating to the general meeting to be held on April 18, 2019
The shareholders of Getlink SE are invited to attend the combined general meeting (ordinary and extraordinary) to be held on April 18, 2019 at 10:00 a.m (CET), Cité des Echanges, 40 rue Eugène Jacquet, 59700 Marcq-en-Baroeul, France.
The notice of meeting and the convening notice (which include the agenda of the meeting and the draft resolutions) were published in the French BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires) dated respectively February 27, 2019 and March 27, 2019. The rules governing shareholders’ participation and vote at the meeting are described in the abovementioned notices. Information and documents set out in article R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code have been made available to shareholders from the convening of the meeting in accordance with applicable regulations.
