Groupe Eurotunnel SE’s 2014 Registration Document was filed with the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on 27 March 2015.
It is available to the public in accordance with the regulations in force.
The Registration Document includes in particular:
- the 2014 annual financial report;
- the report of the Chairman of the board of directors on the internal control procedures and corporate governance, as well as the reports of the statutory auditors relating to it;
- information concerning the fees paid to the statutory auditors for the 2014 financial year; and
- a description of the share buyback program.
